80e anniversaire du BIE - 80th BIE anniversary

19 janvier 2012 - Réception pour les 80 ans du BIE :

2011 fêtait les 80 ans du Bureau International des Expositions ! C'est à la fois beaucoup et peu, le BIE est finalement très jeune au regard de l'histoire des Expos. Nul doute que cette histoire se poursuive encore longtemps et qu'il continue cette oeuvre de pérennisation des Expos, avec toujours plus d'états membres, à l'image des trois derniers pays qui viennent de signer en octobre et novembre dernier la Convention de Paris du 28 novembre 1928.

Pour fêter l'événement, et réunir les représentants des états membres, les délégués du BIE, une réception était donnée hier soir à Paris, au Pavillon Dauphine.

Les principaux intervenants étaient M. Ferdinand Nagy, nouveau Président du BIE, dont nous reparlerons en détails très prochainement, et M. Vicente Gonzalez Loscertales, Secrétaire Général du BIE.

Pendant la soirée, plusieurs films ont été présentés :
- un diaporama vidéo historique sur l'histoire des Expos, réalisé par le BIE.
- un film en images de synthèse 3d, réalisé dans le cadre de ce 80è anniversaire du BIE, restituant des parties fameuses des 9 Expos les plus marquantes depuis la naissance du BIE jusqu'à aujourd'hui, réalisé par Laurent ANTOINE Lemog,
- un spot publicitaire sur les Expos réalisé par Crystal CG,
- la fresque animée présentée à Expo 2010 Shanghai dans le pavillon de la Chine, réalisée par Crystal CG.

January 19, 2012 - Reception for the 80th anniversary of BIE:
2011 celebrated the 80th anniversary of the Bureau International des Expositions! It is both much and little, the BIE is ultimately very young in terms of the history of the Expos. During the evening, several films were shown:
- A historical video slide show on the history of Expos, produced by the BIE.
- A film in 3D computer graphics, produced as part of the 80th anniversary of the BIE, restoring parts of the 9 famous Expos the most significant since the birth of BIE to date, directed by Laurent ANTOINE Lemog,
- An advertisement on the Expos made ​​by Crystal CG,
- The animated fresco presented at Shanghai Expo 2010 in China Pavilion, directed by Crystal CG.
