Mohammed bin Rashid exchanges views on Expo 2020 with Loscertales

Vice-président des Emirats Arabes Unis, le Premier ministre et gouverneur de Dubaï Son Altesse Cheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum a reçu le Secrétaire général du Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) Vicente Gonzalez Loscertales au Palais Zabeel aujourd'hui.

En présence du prince héritier de Dubaï, le Cheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum et le vice-Premier ministre et ministre de l'Intérieur Cheikh lieutenant-général Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Cheikh Mohammed s'est félicité de cette visite officielle dans le pays pour examiner les possibilités de Dubaï pour accueillir l'Exposition universelle 2020.

Le Cheikh Mohammed échangé sur l'importance d'accueillir les 2020 Expo mondiale à partir d'un point de vue économique, touristique et culturelle de vue.

Le Cheikh Mohammed a affirmé que les Émirats arabes unis, depuis leur création, se sont axés sur le renforcement des infrastructures de classe mondiale dans les domaines de la santé, l'éducation, les sports, le logement, les services publics, du tourisme et de l'exposition et d'autres installations importantes.

Le Cheikh Mohammed a dit qu'il est d'autres domaines qui permettent d'évaluer les réalisations des Emirats arabes unis dans tous les domaines, soulignant la capacité de Dubaï à accueillir les 2020 Expo mondiale, à grande échelle, mondiale, un événement non-commerciale.

Pour sa part, le secrétaire général du BIE Vicente Gonzalez Loscertales a dit qu'il était impressionné par les progrès qualitatifs qu'il avait vu dans les Émirats arabes unis en termes d'infrastructure intégrée de transport, les télécommunications, conférences, expositions, centres commerciaux, en plus d'autres installations qui font de Dubaï une véritable destination moderne.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum receives BIE Secretary General

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received the Secretary General of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) Vicente Gonzalez Loscertales at Zabeel Palace today.
In presence of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed welcomed the official who is visiting the country to examine Dubai's credentials to host World Expo 2020.
Sheikh Mohammed exchanged with his guest views on the importance of hosting the World Expo 2020 from an economic, tourist and cultural point of view.
Sheikh Mohammed asserted that the United Arab Emirates, since its establishment, focused on building world-class infrastructure in the areas of health, education, sports, housing, services utilities, tourism and exhibition and other important facilities.
Sheikh Mohammed said it is others who evaluate the achievements of the UAE in all fields, underlining Dubai's capability to host the World Expo 2020; the large-scale, global, non-commercial event.
For his part, BIE Secretary General Vicente Gonzalez Loscertales said he was impressed with the qualitative progress he had seen in the UAE in terms of integrated infrastructure of transportation, telecommunications, conferences, exhibitions, shopping malls in addition to other facilities that make Dubai a true modern destination by all standards.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Higher Committee on Expo 2020 and Dubai Civil Aviation Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Minister of Cabinet Affairs Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of State and Managing Director of the Higher Committee on Expo 2020 Reem Ibrahim Al Hashimi, Commander General of Dubai Police Lt. General Dahi Khalfan Tamim and members of the Higher Committee on Expo 2020 in addition to senior officials.
