Yeosu 2012 à la 150e Assemblée Générale du BIE - 23 novembre 2011

La seconde journée de la 150e cession de l'Assemblée Générale du Bureau Internationale a été très dense et très chargée, avec un total de 10 présentations de candidatures, mais aussi l'élection des différents comités, ainsi que du nouveau président du BIE, S.E.M. Ferdinand NAGY (Roumanie).

Commençons par le début de la journée... la présentation de la Corée en ce qui concerne l'avancée du projet, des travaux et des différentes réalisations en vue de l'Exposition internationale de Yeosu 2012, dont l'ouverture arrivera très vite maintenant.

Une chose est sûre, les Coréens travaillent vite, bien et sérieusement ! Leurs interventions et leurs explications le prouvent. Elles sont suivies de photos du chantier qui permettent de constater l'avancée des travaux, et comment grandit le site.




A ce jour, Yeosu 2012 compte 106 pays participants dont 23 pavillons de nations, ainsi que 9 organisations internationales, il a été rappelé que les pays qui souhaiteraient encore participer à l'exposition avaient jusqu'à la fin du mois de novembre pour se faire connaître.



Il a été également dévoilés quelques unes des grandes manifestations qui auront lieu pendant l'Exposition, les spectacles, les journées nationales, les symposiums et les forums.




Les transports et les accès à l'Exposition ont été aussi évoqués en détail, ainsi que les facilités pour venir en Corée visiter l'Expo et le pays.


Il est a noter que Yeosu 2012 met tout en oeuvre pour assurer une bonne communication en dehors de l'Asie, et notamment en Europe, en s'adjoignant les services de divers "ambassadeurs" comme l'acteur Jacques Perrin pour la France.

Et pour terminer, nous avons pu voir que déjà 17 pays avaient répondu positivement à une participation à Cyber Expo, version virtuelle de l'Exposition de Yeosu : Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Lithuania, Turkey, Romania, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Philippines, Peru, Oman, UAE, Vietnam, Angola.

Un point a été également fait concernant la déclaration de Yeosu, concernant la coopération internationale en faveur de la protection de l’environnement marin.




Pour conclure, cette présentation a été fort appréciée de toutes et tous, elle semble présager d'une Exposition qui sera une réussite, aussi bien sur le plan de la thématique que sur les aspects ludiques d'un tel propres à un tel événement.
