L’Allemagne officialise sa présence à Expo Milano 2015. Ce matin, la République Fédérale d’Allemagne a signé le contrat de participation à l’Exposition Universelle qui aura lieu à Milan du 1er Mai au 31 Octobre 2015.
Le contrat a été signé par Dietmar Schmitz, Commissaire Général de Section du Pavilion allemand, et Giuseppe Sala, Président-directeur général de Expo 2015 S.p.A., en presence de Roberto Formigoni, Commissaire Général de Expo Milano 2015.
La signature d’aujourd’hui, qui s’est tenue au siège d'Expo 2015 S.p.A., represente un nouveau et important pas vers la construction de l’Exposition Universelle de Milan. Point de référence au niveau économique et politique international, l’Allemagne aura une place de choix à l’intérieur du site de l'exposition: le Pays un des plus grands emplacements. Le Pavilion allemand s’étendra en effet sur une surface de 4.913 mètres carrés.
“Le contrat qui a été signé aujourd’hui – a expliqué Roberto Formigoni – est très important: un géant comme l’Allemagne a décidé d’investir dans l'Expo Milano 2015 par ce que dans la période actuelle, l’Expo est une opportunité unique de développement et de croissance pour un pays et une vitrine de son excellence. C’est aussi une marque de confiance dans l’Exposition de Milan et, en particulier, dans son thème ‘Nourrir la Planète, Energie pour la vie” que le Pavilion allemand, j’en suis sur, enrichira avec des contenus de qualité. Le pari que l’Allemagne fait sur l’Italie, en plus d’autres sens symboliques, permettra de renforcer les rélations positives entre nos deux Pays et de relancer les perspectives communes en ces temps difficiles”.

Pendant l’IPM, plusieurs Pays signeront leur participation”.

Germany, signed the contract with Expo 2015. The German pavilion is one of the largest.
Germany has formalized its presence at Expo Milan 2015. This morning the Federal Republic of Germany signed the participation contract of the Universal Exposition which will be organized in Milan from 1st May to 31st October 2015. The official signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Expo 2015 S.p.A. in Milan.
The contract was signed by Dietmar Schmitz, General Commissioner of the German Pavilion, and by Giuseppe Sala, Chief Executive Officer of Expo 2015 S.p.A., in the presence of the General Commissioner of Expo Milano 2015, Roberto Formigoni.
Today’s signature represents an important new step towards the realization of the 2015 Universal Exposition. Germany is internationally recognized as an economic and political beacon and thus its location within the Expo site will reflect this. Indeed, Germany has reserved the largest plot on the Expo site covering 4913 square metres.

I am sure that the German pavilion will provide content of the highest value and quality on the theme. Today’s signature is highly symbolic, because it helps to further strengthen the very positive relations between Italy and Germany and to relaunch our mutual viewpoints in these difficult times”.
